the location was excellent. i found it easy to access assembly points for tours. the staff provided friendly service. the complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day were a nice perk (i especially enjoyed the coffee).

the bathroom seemed a bit dated. the sink drain was partially clogged, inconvenient. the shower offered only a basic 2-in-1 gel and shampoo combination. i found the beds to be quite soft.

i have been overjoyed with the cleanliness here. reception staffs are so kind. i could partake of hot drinks in the kitchen area. cakes and waffles are always ready, such sweet surprise.

the building seems aged, and it feel a bit drafty. the heating does not feel adequate at times, i was a little cold.

i found the staff helpful. the location is quite central providing easy access. i also enjoyed the waffle bar which came as a complimentary offering in the evening it was a good and unexpected amenity.

the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell so that was a bit disappointing.
